From "I need this gone" to proof it was handled properly.
Seven steps for a resident, five for a collection company. Every one of them leaves a record.
If you need a collection
Show us where
Drop a pin on the map or use your phone's location. We match it to a service zone automatically — you do not need to know which division you live in.
Say what you are throwing out
Choose the waste stream and a familiar container size — a sack, a bin, a truck load. Guessing kilogrammes is hard; pointing at a sack is not.
See the price before you commit
The quote breaks down the base fee, the weight, your zone and any surcharge. That figure is what you are charged — nothing is added later.
Pay in the app
Mobile money, your iTRUSH wallet, or cash to the collector on arrival. Paid requests go straight onto the boards of collectors near you.
A collector accepts
You get their name, their company and their phone number, plus a six-digit confirmation code that proves the right pickup was made.
Watch them arrive
While a collector is on the way you can see their position and an arrival estimate. Once the job closes, tracking stops — their location is nobody's business after that.
Get proof of disposal
The job closes with the licensed facility that received your waste on the record, and a receipt you can download.
If you collect waste for a living
The platform does not replace how you operate. It fills your existing routes with paid, matched work and keeps the record you would otherwise have to keep by hand.
Your company applies
A company submits an application with its URSB registration and, for hazardous streams, its NEMA licence. An administrator verifies both before approval.
Register your collectors
Once approved you register your own staff and fleet. Each collector gets credentials by SMS and sets their own password on first sign-in.
Jobs appear near them
Paid, unclaimed requests within a collector's radius appear on their board, ordered by urgency and distance.
Accept and complete
Accept, travel, collect, record the real weight, confirm the code, and log the disposal facility. Each step is timestamped.
Get settled
Completed work clears a short dispute window, then settles on a published cycle with an itemised statement listing every collection.
Why every collection has a six-digit code
When a collector arrives, they ask you for a code that only your request carries. Entering it is how the system knows the right collection was made at the right address — not merely that somebody said so afterwards.
It is a small thing, and it is the difference between a record and a claim. The code is deliberately made of characters that survive being read aloud over a bad phone line.
